MyLittleNest Return and Refund Policy

At MyLittleNest, we are committed to offering you quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have put in place a clear return and refund policy to meet your needs.

1. General Conditions

1.1 Deadline for Returns

• You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

1.2 Status of Products

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Any damaged, used or incomplete product cannot be refunded.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as baby bottles, nipples, and other similar accessories if the packaging has been opened.

2. Return Procedure

2.1 Return Request

• Contact our customer service at mylittlenest.sav@gmail.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

2.2 Return Instructions

• Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions to return the product. The return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.

2.3 Return Address

• MyLittleNest is located in France. The return address will be communicated to you after validation of your request.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Period

• Once the product is returned and inspected, we will refund you within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be made via the original payment method.

3.2 Defective Products or Order Errors

• If the product is defective or if we have made a mistake in your order, we will cover the return costs and offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

4. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another product, we recommend that you return the unwanted item for a refund, then place a new order.

5. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at mylittlenest.sav@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, you will have to follow the return procedure.
