• An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail after validation of payment.

3. Shipping and delivery

• Delivery times: Our products are shipped from our partner suppliers. The average time is 7 to 12 days.

• Order tracking: A tracking number will be communicated upon shipment.

4. Returns and refunds

• Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days after receipt to return an item, provided that it is unused and in its original packaging.
